It comes with four 125 mm plastic swivel casters (two locking, two non-locking) for maneuverability. The polypropylene shelves can be removed from the frame and machine washed at up to 194 degrees F/ 90 degrees C. They hang over the top part of the horizontal shelf bar, providing a labeling tab, which is writeable with a dry erase marker (included), to help manage food stocks.
