The Stadium Kitchen Work Station from Chris Chris is a commercial quality, aesthetically pleasing workstation designed by professional chefs at a price you can afford. With features such as the exclusive "Chop and Drop" system, this kitchen cart is different from all the rest, affording you every feature you could ever crave while cooking. Engineered to work, the durable work surface and intelligent storage space will be a beautiful and functional addition to your kitchen for years to come. The exclusive "Chop and Drop" system which allows for the sanitary collection of juices, easy collection of prepd foods and easy disposal of waste. This system features a juice groove on the cutting surface to collect juices and direct their flow to the "Pig Snout" (a cut out in the work surface). A stainless steel chef pan fits snuggly below the "Pig Snout" to collect the juices or cut product. The "Chop and Drop" system also features a "Trash Ring" which is designed to accept common plastic grocery bags. The plastic bag is brought up through the middle of the ring and then wrapped around the outside of the ring, and slid into the chef pan holder. When preparation is complete, simply remove the plastic bag and dispose of directly into a trash receptacle.
