The John Boos JNS10 maple top work table has a hard rock maple top that is 1-1/2" thick for strength, a fixed lower shelf made of 18 gauge galvanized steel and legs made of 16 gauge galvanized steel for strength and to resist corrosion and dents, and adjustable bullet feet for use on uneven surfaces. It is suitable for use in commercial, insutional, and residential kitchens. The maple top is finished with penetrating oil for hardness and to resist water and spills. The work table measures 35 x 30 x 60 inches. (H x W X L) (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; L is length, the horizontal distance from front to back.) The fixed lower shelf is 12" above the floor and is approximately 25.75 x 55.125 inches (W x L). This work table is built to comply with the National Sanitation Foundation NSF/ANSI Standard 2 for food equipment. It requires embly and instructions included. Tools for embly sold separately.
